Charming two-bedroom apartment with ceiling beams in the Sentier

Neighborhood: This furnished apartment is located a few minutes away from Les Halles, in the heart of the famous pedestrian Montorgueil area with its large choice of quality food products, restaurants and cafes, and other services. It is also in short walking distance to such main points of interest as the Marais, the Seine, Notre Dame on Ile de la Cité, the unique Ile Saint Louis, and the majestic Louvre. From the adjoining Jardin des Tuileries, one of the most famous parks in Paris, there is a fine perspective -- the alignment of the Obelisk on Place de la Concorde, the Champs Elysée and the Arc de Triomphe in one direction and the Arc de Triomphe du Carroussel and the glass pyramid of the Louvre in the other. Premises: This 52m² (approx. 555 sq. ft.) two-bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of an 18th century walk-up building. The entrance gate is protected by a coded security system that opens into a hall leading to the staircase. The reinforced apartment door opens directly into the living room, leading to the kitchen and bedrooms on the left and the mezzanine on top. The apartment floors are tiled, except for the mezzanine, which has wall-to-wall carpeting. The 20m² (approx. 215 sq. ft.) living room has two glazed windows overlooking the street with a west exposure. The first 9m² (approx. 95 sq. ft.) bedroom has a glazed window with curtains and is east exposed. It is furnished with a queen-size bed, a bedside table, some built-in closets, a chair and a mirror. The second 7m² (approx. 75 sq. ft.) bedroom has the same exposure. It is furnished with a double bed, a bedside table and some buit-in closets. The bathroom contains a bathtub with a showerhead, a washbasin and toilettes. Heat and hot water use electricity. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen. An Internet connection is available. The nearest metro station is Sentier (line 3), Reaumur Sébastopol (lines 4,3).
