Neighborhood: Neighboring the splendid Luxembourg Garden, this furnished apartment is on a mostly residential street in the Quartier Latin, one of the most youthful areas of Paris. This accommodation is a few steps from the Pantheon, a secular temple holding the remains of some of the great names of France (i.e., Victor Hugo, Alexandre Dumas, Emile Zola, Marie and Pierre Curie). It is also in fair walking distance to the Sorbonne as well as the Seine with its traditional secondhand booksellers and delectable islands. All around the area there are restaurants and cafes, diverse shops, and other quality conveniences such as the Maubert Mutualité and Mouffetard open-air markets, supermarkets, and fine bakeries.
