Comfortable boat facing Bastille Place

PLEASE CHECK WITH OUR AGENTS TO VERIFY THAT THE BOAT DOCKED AT THE LOCATION MENTIONED BELOW (During the winter, this boat is moored on the Loire Quay (Bassin de la Villette). Neighborhood: The river banks, named at that time Petite Venise Parisienne (Little Parisian Venice) or the Champs-Elysées of the east, attracted the rich Bourgeois and important personages of the Empire who made it a fashionable place to go walking The "Bassin de la Villette" is basically surrounded by modern apartment and office buildings, but around the larger part of the basin you can also find some more distracting activities. There are two multiplex cinemas, one on each side of the basin, belonging to the same company - offering a boat trip from one quay to the other. There are some installations for kids to play, some statues (including a laying Eiffel-tower-like one), some cafés and restaurants, some barges used as theatres... Part of July-August the Paris-Plages is now also installed here with a lot of "beach-activities", as along the Seine river. Premises: This boat is a cruiser turned into a real 45m² (approx. 480 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment. It was built between 1996 and 1998, is 15.50m (approx. 51 ft.) long and 4.50m (approx. 14.75 ft.) wide. To access the quay, a stone staircase descends from the street and is protected by an iron door at night. The owner can provide a captain to organize a cruise (a couple of hours to a week) on the Seine, providing another view of Paris (not included). The boat is accessed via the back deck. From there, a door opens into the 15m² (approx. 160 sq. ft.) living room cabin with windows overlooking the Seine River banks and offering a view of Bastille Place. It is furnished with a dining table with benches and armchairs. Next to the cockpit is a bench with a desk area. There is also a stereo system and a wireless Internet connection. Between the cockpit and the desk area, there is a flight of steps leading to the cooking area. It is equipped with four electric plates topped by a cooker hood, a toaster, a kettle and a combo microwave/traditional oven and refrigerator. There is also a table with two benches that can be turned into a double bed. After crossing the cooking area, there is a small corridor on the left leading to the bathroom; to the right is the separate toilette and straight ahead is the bedroom cabin. The convenient 8m² (approx. 85 sq. ft.) bedroom cabin has a queen-size bed and two closets. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a washing machine. The separate toilette has a small window. The exterior deck is used as a terrace. The owner can provide two bikes. Please Note: -Since it is a boat, the hot water, heat, oven and washing machine require turning on the motors. There is a laundromat on the quay. -During the summer, this boat is moored on the Grenelle Quay (just in front of the Eiffel Tower). Heat and hot water use fuel. For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Bastille (lines 1, 5 and 8).
