Studio apartment just steps from the Place de l'Etoile

This furnished apartment is located on a residential street in short walking distance to the world famous Place de l'Etoile, the majestic Arc de Triomphe, and the beautiful Champs Elysees Avenue. Most of the important points of interest such as the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower are about 10 minutes away by metro. In the opposite direction, to the west, is the center of the broadest commercial activity in Europe, La Defense, including the largest European mall with fashion shops, varied restaurants, cafes, cinemas, supermarkets, and diverse other services.
Premises:
This 25m² (approx. 265 sq. ft.) studio apartment is located on the fourth floor of a 1970s building. A coded system and a concierge protect the main entrance gate, which opens into a hall leading to the elevator.
The apartment entrance opens into a corridor with a built-in closet; straight ahead is the main room and to the left is the bathroom and then the toilette.
The 18m² (approx. 190 sq. ft.) main room has a sliding double-glazed window equipped with exterior rolling shutters and overlooking a courtyard with northwestern exposure. It is furnished with a sofa, a double-size sofa bed, a small dining table with two chairs and a console with a TV and a DVD player.
The open kitchen has two electric plates, a small refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker and an electric kettle.
The tiled bathroom has a bathtub with a showerhead, a washbasin and a washing machine.
The toilette is separate.
The apartment is also equipped with a vacuum and an iron.
Heat and hot water are collective with the building.
The nearest metro stations are Etoile (lines 1, 2, 6 - RER A) and Ternes (line 2).
