Neighborhood: This furnished three-bedroom apartment is situated on Rue d'Artois a few steps from the Avenue des Champs Elysées, considered one of the most renowned and beautiful avenues in Paris and in the world. At one end is the Arc de Triomphe, built from 1806 to 1836 under Napoleon Bonaparte to honor his victories. On the other end are Place de la Concorde and its historic obelisk. This entire district abounds with points of interest, luxurious shops, gourmet restaurants and gorgeous coffee terraces, as well as all sorts of convenience stores. This accommodation is also close to the Rue du Faubourg St. Honore, known for its haute couture shops and famous restaurants. Other significant sights nearby are the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower (about 10 minutes away by metro or by car). Premises: This 90m² (approx. 965 sq. ft.) three-bedroom apartment is located on the sixth and top floor of an 18th century building with an elevator. The separate kitchen has a skylight and is equipped with four vitro ceramic plates topped by a cooker hood, a refrigerator, a freezer, a wine cellar, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. The separate bathroom has a skylight. It has a large bathtub topped by a showerhead, a washbasin and a towel dryer. There are also a washing machine and a dryer. There is also a separate toilette. Heat and hot water are both electric. For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro stations are Georges V (line 1) and Saint Philippe du Roule (line 9).
