An elegant , modern three-bedroom in the Trocadero area

Neighborhood: This furnished apartment is located on a residential neighborhood along a large avenue in Paris. It is near the Palais de Chaillot and the Trocadero esplanade, offering a most impressive view of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment is located accross the street from a highly rated hotel with a gastronomic restaurant, a charming bar, doorman for cabs and a delightful garden restaurant. At a walking distance is the Seine river and the Place de l'Etoile with the majestic Arc de Triomphe. This accommodation is near choice fashion, conveniences, and other shops, fine restaurants and cafes. Premises: This modern 120m² (approx. 1,290 sq. ft.) three-bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of a 2006 building. The main entrance gate and the building entrance are protected by a coded system. There is a fulltime English speaking concierge (24/7) for safety and convenience, and leads to a planted garden courtyard with plants. The hall has a second door protected by a visio-intercom and leads to the elevator. The apartment also has a personal security system and all the rooms have a central air conditioning system. The windows are double-glazed all over the apartment. The décor is mostly in contemporary and art-deco style with a series of six large oil paintings and furniture. It is north exposed and overlooking the courtyard. The entrance opens into a hall that leads to the living room straight ahead and to the kitchen and the separate toilette to the left. From the living room, a hallway leads to the rest of the apartment. The 40m² (approx. 430 sq. ft.) living room gives a spacious impression due to its high ceilings and white walls. It is furnished with a designer leather couch with pop-up head rests for relaxing, two red ostrich-skin large club chairs, an art- deco burled wood desk, a glass sculptual dining table with alabaster murano glass legs and a matching glass coffee table, leather dining chairs, a piano and an art-deco bar. It is equipped with a flat screen cable HDTV with DVD player connected to a home theatre system, a phone and a Wifi Internet connection. The two large windows have exterior electric rolling shutters. The 18m² (approx. 190 sq. ft.) master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, a cabinet with mirrored doors, two bedside tables with lamps and a table. This room has a private bathroom with a shower cabin, a washbasin, an electric towel drying rack and a window. The two other bedrooms (12m² -- approx. 125 sq. ft. each) are both furnished with two single-size beds that can be turned into a king-size bed, bedside tables, a built-in closet with sliding doors, and a table. The bathroom located between the two twin bedrooms contains two washbasins, a toilette, a bathtub with a showerhead, and an electric towel drying rack. The spacious separate kitchen is equipped with four induction plates topped by a cooker hood, an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a washing machine and a dryer. It also has a French window that gives access to a small balcony. There is also a separate toilette with a washbasin located in the entry. Heat and hot water are collective with the building. The nearest metro stations are Trocadero (lines 6 and 9) and Victor Hugo (line 2) which are a few minutes from the apartment.
