Neighborhood: Located between Boulevard des Filles du Calvaire and Rue de Turenne, this furnished apartment is located in a charming area with old buildings and hôtels. The apartment is between the Oberkampf area and the Marais, which has many trendy cafes, restaurants and shops. The accommodation is near all sorts of basic services and it overflows with artist galleries and design shops. In short walking distance are the Place de la Bastille, Place des Vosges, the Picasso Museum and the Place de la Republique. Premises: This 24m² (approx. 255 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a 19th century building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens into a corridor leading to a paved courtyard. The apartment faces and is accessible through it. The apartment is southwest exposed. The apartment entrance opens directly into the 13m² (approx. 135 sq. ft.) tiled living room, which has exposed ceiling beams and wall stones. It also has a double-glazed window with iron bars that opens to the courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a dining table with chairs, and shelves. There is also a cable TV, a stereo, a phone (restricted to local calls) and a high-speed cable Internet connection. The convenient open kitchen is equipped with two vitro-ceramic burners, an oven, a small refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a combo washer/dryer. The 7m² (approx. 75 sq. ft.) bedroom has a parquet floor and a double-glazed window with iron bars and exterior electric rolling shutters that faces the paved courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size bed, lamps, and built-in closets and has a narrow baggage-storing coffer. The bathroom contains a washbasin, a shower cabin, a toilette and an electric towel drying rack. The apartment has a vacuum, an iron with an ironing board, a fan, a small safety coffer and a hairdryer. Heat and hot water are electric.
