This furnished apartment is situated between rue Beaubourg and rue du Temple and just beside the Georges Pompidou Cultural Center, an arts complex devoted to modern and contemporary art and design. The apartment is also close to Les Halles Mall, meaning it is short walking distance to the Louvre and the adjoining Jardin des Tuileries, as well as to the Seine with its unique islands -- Ile de la Cite (Notre Dame) and the delightful Ile Saint Louis. In addition to assorted French traditional and international restaurants and cafes, there are many conveniences near this accommodation.
The nearby Châtelet-Les Halles underground train station, connected to the Forum Les Halles, is a major transportation hub with five metro lines and three RER lines (suburban train).

This 50m² (approx. 535 sq. ft.) luxurious one-bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of a 19th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens into a corridor that has a door with iron bars and an intercom. This last door opens directly into the staircase.
This apartment has a certain charm with its parquet floor and white painted walls and a famous designer's furniture.
The entrance opens directly into the 22m² (approx. 235 sq. ft.) living room. It has two double-glazed windows with exterior folding shutters that overlook the street with a northern exposure. It is furnished with a leather sofa, armchairs, a glass coffee table, shelves, and a dining table with chairs in keeping with the designer's spirit.
From the living room, an old-fashioned wooden door leads to the 14m² (approx. 150 sq. ft.) bedroom, which has a double-glazed window with exterior folding shutters facing the street. It is furnished with a queen-size bed, bedside tables, a stereo system, a small cabinet and a designer lamp.
The bedroom accesses the bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, a toilette, a washbasin, an electric towel drying rack and a built-in closet that contains wardrobes, shelves and a combo washer/dryer.
The small kitchen is equipped with two vitro-ceramic plates topped by a cooker hood, a small refrigerator, a freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.
The apartment is also equipped with an iron and an ironing board.
Heat and hot water are electric.
