Loft style one-bedroom apartment between Beaubourg and Les Halles
|
Neighborhood:
The Marais has a lively and historical atmosphere due to its pre-Revolution architecture, and a substantial number of points of interest such as museums, art galleries, design shops, and diverse bars and restaurants. This furnished apartment is located on a pedestrian street situated between Rue Rambuteau and Rue des Lombards, meaning it is just between Les Halles and the Beaubourg area with the famous Pompidou Center, an avant-garde structure and one of Paris' most visible buildings. There are all sorts of essential shops and services near this accommodation.
Premises:
This 70m² (approx. 750 sq. ft.) loft style one-bedroom apartment is located on the fifth floor of an 18th century building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and it opens into a hall with a second door that has an intercom; this leads to the staircase and the elevator.
The apartment entrance opens into a hall that can be closed by a large sliding door. This leads to the dining area with the open kitchen and the spacious living room. The living room has access to the bedroom and the bathroom. The apartment has a concrete floor.
The 31m² (approx. 330 sq. ft.) living room has three windows overlooking courtyards with both a southern and a northern exposure. It is lightly furnished with a leather sofa and armchairs, a long designer table, bookshelves and lamps. This room is equipped with a stereo and a wireless Internet connection. Please note that in the corner of the living room there are exposed plumbing tubs that make some noise.
The 16m² (approx. 170 sq. ft.) dining area has a window overlooking a courtyard and is furnished with a round dining table from the 70s with chairs. The open kitchen is equipped with four electric burners, an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, a coffee-marker, a toaster and a kettle.
The 11m² (approx. 115 sq. ft.) bedroom has two windows with red curtains overlooking two different courtyards, south and north exposed. It is furnished with a double-size bed, bedside tables, shelves, a desk with a computer (a Mac not connected to Internet) and, hidden behind red sliding shutters, shelves and a long wardrobe.
The tiled bathroom contains a washbasin, a toilette, a bidet, a bathtub with a showerhead, and a washing machine. There is also a window.
Heat and hot water are electric.
A Wifi internet connection is available
