In walking distance of this furnished apartment are the well-known Place de la Bastille with its nice restaurants, the many cafes on the lively Rue de la Roquette, the beautiful Place des Vosges where writer Victor Hugo lived, the famous Père Lachaise Cemetery and St. Ambroise Church. In the neighborhood are all sorts of services such as diverse stores, grocery shops, bakeries, markets, and supermarkets. Two metro stations away from this accommodation is the up-and-coming Oberkampf neighborhood.

This contemporary-style 22m² (approx. 235 sq. ft.) studio apartment is located on the third floor of a walk-up building renovated in 2007. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and leads to a small hall with a second door that has an intercom. From there a corridor leads to the staircase. On the fourth floor, the apartment is accessible from a corridor that has a door requiring a special key.
The apartment entrance opens directly into the 18m² (approx. 190 sq. ft.) tiled living room, which has a double-glazed window with blinds that overlooks a pedestrian street with a northern exposure. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a coffee table, a desk with a chair, and a cabinet. This room is equipped with a flat screen TV and a universal DVD player. There is also a high-speed wireless Internet connection.
The modern open kitchen is equipped with two electric burners, a small refrigerator with a freezer, a combo grill/microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker and a kettle.
The bathroom has a shower cabin, a washbasin and a toilette.
The apartment is also equipped with a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board.
On the ground floor of the building is a free washing machine and dryer accessible to all tenants.
