Neighborhood:
This furnished apartment is located close to Gare de Lyon and Bercy, a neighborhood with lovely gardens; the Palais Omnisports de Bercy, where many important sporting events and shows take place throughout the year; and the Cine-Cite, a cinema that offers the widest range of movies in Paris. The Coulee Verte, a new jogging trail and parks that were installed on top of the old railroad viaduct leading to the Bastille, is about 100 meters away from this accommodation. There are many particularly good entertainment options in the Bastille area such as the new Opera House and restaurants and pubs that are regularly frequented by artists and young people.
Premises:
This 27m² (approx. 290 sq. ft.) studio apartment is located on fourth and top floor of a recently renovated walk-up building that faces a pedestrian street. The entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens to a corridor leading to a staircase.
The apartment entrance opens directly into the 17m² (approx. 180 sq. ft.) main room, which has a parquet floor and two double-glazed windows with exterior iron shutters that overlook the pedestrian street with a northwestern exposure. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a built-in closet and a table with chairs. There is also a small TV.
The open kitchen is equipped with two electric plates, a small refrigerator and a microwave.
A moving ladder provides access to the mezzanine bedroom, which is furnished with a double-size bed. There is also a velux window with rolling blinds.
The tiled bathroom contains a shower, a washbasin and a toilette.
Sheets and towels are not provided.
Heat and hot water are electric and individual.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Gare de Lyon (lines 1 and 14 - RER A).
