This furnished apartment is close to the pedestrian Rue Montorgueil with its large choice of quality food products, restaurants and cafes, as well as other services. It is also near the Beaubourg modern art museum, the Rue des Lombards jazz clubs and of course the large underground mall of Les Halles. It is also in a short walking distance to main points of interest such as the Seine, Notre Dame on Ile de la Cité, Ile Saint Louis, and the Louvre. From the adjoining Jardin des Tuileries, one of the best known parks in Paris, there is a stunning view -- the alignment of the Obelisk on Place de la Concorde, the Champs Elysée and the Arc de Triomphe in one direction and the Arc de Triomphe du Carroussel and the glass pyramid of the Louvre in the other. This accommodation is in a central area, very convenient to travel all around Paris.
Premises:
This 22m² (approx. 235 sq. ft.) studio apartment is located on the fourth floor of a 19th century building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens into a corridor leading to a paved courtyard. The elevator and staircase are located there.
The apartment entrance opens directly into the 15m² (approx. 160 sq. ft.) living room, which has three double-glazed windows overlooking the courtyard and a parquet floor. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a dining table, a cabinet and a desk.
There is an internet access.
The open kitchen is equipped with two electric plates and a small refrigerator.
Behind the kitchen is the tiled bathroom, which contains a small bathtub with a showerhead, a washbasin and a toilette.
Heat and hot water are electric and individual.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Les Halles (line 4 - RER A, B, D).
