This furnished apartment is located on Rue de l'Amiral Courbet between Rue de la Pompe and Avenue Victor Hugo. It is in the 16th Arrondissement near the Place Victor Hugo. The accommodation is in walking distance to the Palais de Chaillot, the Seine and the Eiffel Tower. The Champs Elysees and the Bois de Boulogne are not far. The 16th Arrondissement is famous for its luxurious shops and exclusive restaurants. It is both residential and commercial and there are many museums and a gallery.
Premises:
This 30m² (approx. 320 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of a 19th century walk-up building. The entrance gate, protected by a coded security system, opens into a hall leading to a large courtyard. A second door with a coded security system opens into the staircase area.
The apartment entrance opens directly into the living room, the open kitchen and the private bathroom. The bedroom is accessible from the living room.
The 15m² (approx. 160 sq. ft.) living room has two double-glazed windows with southern exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double-size sofa, large bookshelves, a desk and chair, a dining table, a coffee table, a chest of drawers, a stereo and a fireplace. There is a portable air conditioning unit that fits into the fireplace.
The open kitchen is equipped with two induction plates, a refrigerator, a combo microwave/oven, a coffee maker and a kettle. There is also a washing machine and a dryer.
The 15m² (approx. 160 sq. ft.) bedroom has two double-glazed windows with southern exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double-size bed, bedside tables, a desk and chair, a bookshelf, a large closet and a fireplace.
The separate bathroom is accessible from the living room and has a shower topped by a showerhead, a washbasin, a towel dryer and a toilette.
Heat and hot water are electric.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Victor Hugo (line 2).
