This furnished apartment is located close to Gare de Lyon and Bercy, a Parisian neighborhood with lovely gardens, the Palais Omnisports de Bercy, where many important sporting events and shows take place throughout the year, and the Cine-Cite, a cinema that offers the widest range of movies in Paris. The Coulee Verte, a new jogging trail, and parks that were installed on top of the old railroad viaduct leading to the Bastille, is about 100 meters away from this accommodation. In the Bastille area are many particularly good entertainment options such as the new Opera House, as well as restaurants and pubs that are regularly frequented by artists and young people.
Premises:
This 17m² (approx. 180 sq. ft.) studio apartment is located on the first floor of a walk-up building renovated in 2007. The building faces a pedestrian street and the entrance gate is protected by a coded system. This opens into a corridor leading to the staircase.
The apartment entrance opens directly into the 14m² (approx. 150 sq. ft.) main room. It has a parquet floor and a double-glazed window with exterior iron shutters that overlooks a courtyard. It is furnished with trundle beds (two single-size beds), a cabinet and a table with chairs.
The open kitchen is equipped with two electric plates and a small refrigerator.
The tiled bathroom contains a shower, a washbasin and a toilette.
Sheets and towels are not provided.
Heat and hot water are electric and individual.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Gare de Lyon (lines 1 and 14 - RER A).
