This furnished apartment is located close to Gare de Lyon and Bercy, a neighborhood with lovely gardens, the Palais Omnisports de Bercy, where many important sporting events and shows take place throughout the year, and the Cine-Cite, a cinema that offers the widest range of movies in Paris. The Coulee Verte, a new jogging trail and parks that were installed on top of the old railroad viaduct leading to the Bastille, is about 100 meters away. There are many particularly good entertainment options near this accommodation, such as the new Opera House and restaurants and pubs that are frequented by artists and young people.
Premises:
This 25m² (approx. 265 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment faces a small courtyard located under street level of a recently (2007) renovated walk-up building. The building faces a pedestrian street and the entrance gate is protected by a coded system. This opens into a corridor leading to the staircase that goes down to the apartment.
The apartment entrance opens directly into the 10m² (approx. 105 sq. ft.) bedroom, which has a tiled floor. It is furnished with trundle beds (two single-size beds that can be turned into bunk beds) and two cabinets.
An open hallway leads to the living room and the open kitchen. This room is also tiled and has a large double-glazed window with exterior shutters. It is furnished with a square dining table with chairs. The owner can provide a single-size bed or two bunk beds. The kitchen space is equipped with two electric plates and a small refrigerator.
The tiled bathroom contains a shower, a washbasin and a toilette.
Sheets and towels are not provided.
Heat and hot water are electric and individually metered.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Gare de Lyon (lines 1 and 14 - RER A).
