Bright studio apartment in the heart of the Sentier area
Neighborhood:

The Second Arrondissement in Paris is known as the area of finance and the press. (The stock exchange is called the Bourse.) This furnished apartment is in the Bonne-Nouvelle area, where there are many beautiful Victorian shopping passages and boutiques around the Place Des Victoires. There are also designer and avant-garde clothing shops and the Cognac-Jay Museum. The pedestrian and trendy Montorgeuil area as well as Les Halles are easy walking distance from this accommodation.

Premises:

This 23m² (approx. 245 sq. ft.) studio apartment is located on the seventh floor of a 1930s building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens to a flight of steps leading to a large corridor; this provides access to the elevator, which goes to the sixth floor. A staircase leads to the top floor.

The apartment entrance opens into a small hall that provides access to the living room and the bathroom. The hall has a large built-in closet with sliding doors.

The 14m² (approx. 150 sq. ft.) living room has a parquet floor and a large window with iron shutters that overlooks a courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a coffee table, lamps, a dining table with chairs and a console with a stereo.

The separate kitchen is accessible through the living room. It is equipped with two vitro-ceramic plates, a small refrigerator and a microwave oven. There is also a window.

The narrow tiled bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin and a toilette.

Heat and hot water are collective with the building.

Internet is available in the apartment.

For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Sentier (line 3).
