Neighborhood: This furnished apartment is situated on Rue Pernety between Rue Raymond Losserand and Rue Sainte Léonie. The lively and trendy Montparnasse district is also famous for the highest local skyscraper showing a singular view over Paris, and for the large number of theaters, cinemas, international and select restaurants, and nice cafes. Montparnasse was once the favorite neighborhood for artists called the "Montparnos." The World Fair of 1889 and the artistic life already so rich in Montmartre had attracted many artists who then choose this popular district for its central location in Paris. Premises: This 40m² (approx. 430 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of a 20th century walk-up building.
