This furnished apartment is located in a very attractive and historic area of Paris, the Quartier Latin. It is just a few steps from the Seine and Notre Dame. It includes the Boulevard Saint Michel and part of the renowned Boulevard Saint Germain. The Arenes de Lutèce, one of the rare vestiges of Gallo-Roman time, is in this lively district, where restaurants and bars on Rue Mouffetard give it a summer flavor all year round. Besides the Garden of Plants, also near this accommodation are the Mosque of Paris, the Institute of the Arabic World, and the new National Library François Mitterrand.
Premises:
This 120m² (approx. 1,290 sq. ft.) apartment, located on Rue Saint-Médard and perpendicular to Rue Mouffetard, is located on the third floor of a 20th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by an intercom and opens to a staircase.
The apartment entrance opens into a corridor with the kitchen on the right and the dining room on the left. The bedrooms and bathroom are past the corridor and the dining room.

The tiled bathroom is fitted with a bathtub with a showerhead, a washbasin, a washing machine and a window. The separate toilette has a washbasin and a window.
Internet access is available.
Heat and hot water use gas and are individual.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Place Monge (line 7) or Jussieu (line 7,10).
