One-bedroom apatrment on a pedestrian street in the heart of Paris

This furnished apartment is situated in the heart of the pedestrian Montorgueil area, between Rue Montmartre and Rue Montorgeuil. One of the most colorful 'quartiers' of Paris, it includes the renowned Montorgueil area offering a number of quality food stores, open vegetable and fish stands, and small specialty shops, as well as a wide range of restaurants for all budgets. It is also a few steps away from Les Halles, Paris' biggest shopping mall on four levels. Many of the Parisian points of interest such as the Centre Georges Pompidou (Beaubourg), the Seine River with its famous islands - Ile de la Cite and Ile Saint Louis, the Louvre, and the Hotel de Ville are in short walking distance from this accommodation.
Premises:
This 40m² (approx. 430 sq. ft.) apartment is located on the second floor of an 18th century building that has an elevator. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens into a corridor with an intercom.
The 20m² (approx. 215 sq. ft.) living room has a parquet floor and two windows with curtains that overlook the street. It is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a desk, a dining table for four, and a decorative fireplace. It is also equipped with a TV, a stereo and a DVD player.
The separate kitchen is equipped with two electric plates topped by arrangements, a refrigerator/freezer, a coffee maker, a microwave and a toaster.
The 10m² (approx. 105 sq. ft.) bedroom has a parquet floor and a window with curtains that overlooks the street. It is furnished with two single beds (they can be put together), an armchair, shelves and a built-in closet.
The tiled bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin, a toilette and a washing machine.
Internet access is available.
Heat and hot water are electric and individual.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Sentier (line 3).
