Small Studio between the Invalides and the Eiffel Tower
|
Neighborhood:
This furnished studio apartment is located in a building facing a small paved street in the heart of the 7th arrondissement in Paris, just between the Eiffel Tower and the Invalides. The Quai de Branly Museum is also a short distance away from this accommodation.
Premises:
This 15m˛ (approx. 161 sq. ft.) is located on the first floor of a small building. The entrance gate features a coded security system and leads to the staircase.
The 10m˛ (approx. 108 sq. ft.) main room is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a coffee table, a chest of drawers with a flat-screen television on top, a cabinet, and a folding table. The double-glazed window opens onto the courtyard.
The open kitchen is equipped with a sink, a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, two hot plates, and cupboards and shelves for the dishes and pans.
The windowed bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
Heat and hot water are electric and individual.
For convenient travel around Paris, the closest metro stations are La Tour Maubourg (line 8) or Pont de l'Alma (RER C).
