This centrally situated furnished studio apartment is ideally close to such renowned points of interest as the Georges Pompidou Cultural Center, City Hall, the Louvre Museum, and the Notre Dame Cathedral. This accommodation is located on a street neighboring the authentic, lively village of residential and commercial streets known as Quartier Montorgueil, which is mostly pedestrian because there are retractable boundary marks that allow only residents' vehicles. A favorite area of the bon vivants, Montorgueil is well-known for the quality of its family-run grocery stores and for having been the domain of legendary fashion designers. A short distance away from this accomodation, the Rue Montorgueil, the pulsing heart of the area, features a number of remarkable restaurants and pleasant cafes. Premises:
This 21m˛ (approx. 226 sq. ft.) furnished studio is located on the fifth floor of a walk-up building. The main entrance gate has a digicode and opens into a corridor with an intercom.
The main room has a parquet floor and a window overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a glass desk, cabinet shelves holding a stereo, a cable TV, and a built-in closet.
The windowed open kitchen is equipped with two electric plates, a kettle, a coffee-maker, a toaster, a combo oven/microwave, and a table.
The bathroom is fitted with a washbasin, a bathtub with a showerhead, a toilet, and a washing machine/dryer combination.
Heat and hot water are electric and individual.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Etienne Marcel (line 4).
