A studio apartment next to the « Buttes Chaumont »

Neighoorhood:
This furnished apartment is located between the Parc des Buttes Chaumont, the largest park in Paris, as well as the Parc de Belleville. Also not far from this accommodation is the Parc de la Villette with its cultural centers and open-air theatre during the summer. With its 30 hectares, just beside it are the Cite des Sciences et de l'Industrie and the Geode with its 180-degree cinema screen. In short distance are the Menilmontant area and the Rue Oberkampf, with many diverse restaurants, emerging nightclubs and trendy bars. The Marais area, the Louvre and the Seine River are 10 to 15 minutes away by metro.
Premises:
This 30m² (approx 320 sqft.) furnished studio is located on the 5th floor of a 20th century building with an elevator. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens into a hall with mailboxes and a second door protected by an intercom, which leads to the stairs and the elevator.
The entrance of the studio opens into a corridor with the shower room on the left, then the toilet on the right and the main room with an open kitchen straight ahead.
The 20m² (approx 215 sq ft.) main room has a parquet floor and 4 windows that overlook the street and all of Paris. It is furnished with a double size bed, a glass table with 2 chairs, a coffee table and a chest of drawers. It is also equipped with a TV. The entrance has a window and storage space.
The opened kitchen has a window and is equipped with 2 gas plates, a microwave/ grill combo, a fridge, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster. There is also a bar with 3 stools.
The tiled shower room is fitted with a washbasin, a shower and a heated towel rack.
Heat and hot water use gas and are individual.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is « Pyrénées »(line 11).
