A studio apartment in the « Villiers area ».

A few steps away from Park Monceau and its famous gates, this avenue is part of a very exclusive area, a 15 minute walk to the well-known Place de l'Etoile and the famous Avenue des Champs Elysees. Also not far from the apartment are the renown Avenue Montaigne with its luxury shops and the beautiful Place de la Concorde. You will find a wide variety of shops, traditional and upscale restaurants, cafes, cinemas, open-air markets, organic markets, and supermarkets.
Premises:
This 35 m² (approx 375 sq ft) furnished studio is located on the 5th floor of a 19th century building equipped with an elevator. The main entrance gate is protected by a digicode system and opens into a hall with the concierge office and the elevator.
The entrance door opens into a small corridor with the bathroom on the left and the main room with the open kitchen straight ahead.
The main room has a parquet floor and a window with curtains opening onto the street. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, a coffee table, a cabinet with a PC and a printer. It is also equipped with a cable TV and a DVD player. The living room area and the kitchen area are separated by wooden beams
The windowed open kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a freezer, two electric plates, a microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee maker and a citrus fruit extractor. The round table can sit four guests.
Heat and hot water are electric and individual.
Internet access is available.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is « Malesherbes » (line 3).
