Neighboring the splendid Luxembourg Garden, this mostly residential street is part of the "Quartier Latin", one of the most youthful areas of Paris. It is a few steps from the Pantheon, which is among the most important Parisian points of interest. There is also an eat-in-kitchen area with two stools. The main bathroom has a window, a bathtub topped by a showerhead, a washbasin and a washing machine. The second bathroom has a shower topped by a showerhead and a washbasin. There is also a separate toilet with washbasin. Heat and hot water are both collective.
