This apartment is a few steps away from the Eiffel Tower, situated between Place du Trocadero and Rue de Longchamp.
This is a select, classy district providing choice fashion shops, conveniences, fine restaurants, cafes and featuring the most
renowned Parisian monument in the world.
On one side it faces the « Arc de Triomphe »; on the other side the Trocadero Place with the Palais de Chaillot and an
esplanade offering a most impressive view of the Eiffel Tower.
Premises:
This 40m² (approx 430 sq ft ) furnished apartment is located on the 4th floor of a 20th century walk up building.
The main entrance gate opens into a hall with the stairway.
Entering the apartment there is a corridor with the bedroom and living room on the left.
There are the separate toilet and bathroom on the right. The kitchen is straight ahead.
The 15m² (approx 160 sq ft) living room has a parquet floor and a French window with curtains and shutters and a view
on the street. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, a dining table, a decorative fireplace, some shelves with a cable TV,
a DVD player and a stereo.
The separate kitchen is equipped with 4 induction plates, a microwave, an electric oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle,
a coffee maker and a toaster. It has a window.
The 12m² (approx 130sqft) bedroom has a parquet floor, a French window (with curtains and shutters) opening on a small balcony
and a view on the street. It is furnished with a double size bed, cupboards, a bedside table and shelves.
The tiled bathroom is fitted with a shower and a washbasin. It also has a window.
The toilet has a window and a washbasin.
Internet access is available.
Heat and hot water are electric and individual.
For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro station is « Boisssière »(line 6 ).
