Neighborhood:
This furnished studio is situated near the Georges Pompidou Cultural Center, also known as Beaubourg, with its diverse art galleries. This street is very close to Les Halles Mall and at walking distance from the Louvre, the adjoining Royal Tuileries Garden and the Seine River with its unique islands, Ile de la Cite and Ile Saint Louis.
In addition to the French traditional and international restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood, there are all sorts of services and conveniences.
Premises:
This 20m² (approx. 215 sq. ft.) studio apartment is located on the third floor of a 19th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system and opens onto a corridor leading to the staircase. The apartment has a north western exposure.
The 9m² (approx. 95 sq. ft.) living room has a parquet floor and a double glazed window overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a cupboard and a console with a cable TV.
The open kitchen has a window and a dining table with 2 chairs. It is equipped with 2 electric burners, a microwave combo grill, a small refrigerator, a kettle, a coffee maker and a washing machine combo dryer.
The tiled bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
Heat and hot water are electric and individual.
Internet access is available.
The nearest metro stations are Arts et Métiers (line 3) and Rambuteau (line 11).
