Studio loft apartment close to Montparnasse

This furnished studio loft is located on Rue Dutot between Rue de Bargue and Rue Vigée-Lebrun.
Situated in a mostly residential, traditional Parisian district, this apartment is close to the Montparnasse area with a number of charming squares (Georges Brassens) and all sorts of boutiques, as well as restaurants, pleasant cafes, open-air markets, supermarkets and convenience shops. It is also close to the Vanves Marché aux Puces, selling antiques. Montparnasse is known for Paris' tallest office tower, the Tour Montparnasse, and for its theatre district around Rue de la Gaîté. This area borders the famous Sixth Arrondissement, where you can find fashion shops and diverse restaurants and cafes. It is also close to the Invalides with the sprawling 18th century buildings of the Ecole Militaire and the Parc du Champs de Mars, which stretches down to the Eiffel Tower and the Seine.
Premises:
This studio loft is located on the ground floor of a 20th century walk up building.
The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a corridor, which leads to a 300m² courtyard. The loft is located on this courtyard.
It used to be an ancient atelier for sculpture and painting and thus benefits from this typical Parisian light so cherished by all artists.
The entrance door opens into the living room and the open kitchen.
The living room has five bay windows with western exposure overlooking the courtyard, as well as four skylights. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, two poufs, a coffee table, a dining table, a phone, as well as chairs and a decorative fireplace.
The open kitchen has a window and is equipped with two vitro ceramic plates topped by an exhaust fan, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. There is also a washing machine.
The mezzanine bedroom overlooks the living room. It is furnished with a double size bed, a TV with international channels, a desk and a chair, as well as an 8mts bibliotheque with shelves.
The bathroom has a shower topped by a showerhead, a washbasin, a heated towel rack and a toilet.
Next to the bathroom is also a mirror and a large built in closet.
Heat and hot water are both collective with the building.
For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro stations are Pasteur (lines 6 and 12) and Volontaires (line 12).
It is also close to six bus lines (88,89,95 and 70,39,80) on Rue de Vaugirard.
