This furnished one bedroom apartment is located in the Passage Gustave Lepeu between Rue Emile Lepeu and Rue Léon Frot.
In walking distance of this furnished apartment is the well-known Place de la Bastille with its nice restaurants, the many cafes on the lively Rue de la Roquette, the beautiful Place des Vosges where writer Victor Hugo lived, the famous Père Lachaise Cemetery, as well as the St. Ambroise Church. Near this accommodation are all sorts of services such as diverse stores, grocery shops, bakeries, markets and supermarkets. Two metro stations away is the up-and-coming Oberkampf neighborhood.

This 32m2 (approx 345sq ft) one bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a 20th century walk up building.
The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a hall. Then a second gate protected by a coded security system opens into a hall with the apartment entrance.
The entrance door opens into the living room and the open kitchen. The bathroom and the bedroom are accessible by the living room.
The 20m2 (approx 215 sq ft) living room has two windows with northern exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, a coffee table, a built in closet and a chest of drawers.
The open kitchen is separated from the living room by a bar and two stools. It is equipped with two electric plates topped by an exhaust fan, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. There is also a washing machine.
The 10m2 (approx 105 sq ft) bedroom has two windows with southern exposure overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a double size bed, a bedside table, as well as a console surmounted by a TV.
The bathroom has a shower topped by a showerhead, a washbasin and a toilet.
Heat and hot water are both electric.
For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro station is Charonne (line 9).
