A two-bedroom duplex apartment in the Etoile area.

Neighborhood:
The world famous Place de l'Etoile with the majestic Arc de Triomphe, and the beautiful Champs Elysees Avenue are within walking distance of this furnished apartment. Other important points of interests such as the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower are about 10 minutes away from this accommodation by metro or by car. In the opposite direction, to the west, is La Defense, the largest center of commercial activity in Paris and Europe. Surrounding this area is a shopping center with a number of fashion shops, restaurants, cafes, and cinemas, as well as other services.
Premises:
This 90m˛ (approx. 970 sq. ft.) two-bedroom apartment is located on the sixth and top floor of a 19th century building. The entrance gate, protected by a coded security system, opens into a porche leading to a courtyard. A second gate, also with a coded system, opens into a corridor leading to the staircase with an elevator.
The apartment entrance opens into the dining area and the open kitchen, which leads to the living area and by stairs to the bedrooms with bathroom. After the entrance on your right, there is a first bathroom.
The 41m˛ (approx. 440 sq. ft.) living and dining area have a parquet floor and three double-glazed windows overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a sofa, a coffee table, a dining table with chairs, a console with a cable TV and a stereo.
The open kitchen is equipped with four vitro ceramic plates topped by an exhaust fan, a refrigerator, an oven combo microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker and a kettle. There also is a bar with 2 stools.
The first tiled bathroom has a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
The floor has a parquet floor. The corridor, which leads to the bedrooms has a skylight.
The 14m˛ (approx. 150 sq. ft.) first bedroom has two double-glazed windows overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size bed, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a closet.
The 15m˛ (approx 160 sq.ft.) second bedroom has a skylight and it is furnished with a double size bed, a wooden desk and a closet.
The second bathroom has a skylight and is fitted with 2 washbasins, a bathtub with a showerhead, a toilet, a heated towel rack, a washing machine and a dyer.
Heat use gas and hot water is electric and collective.
There is air conditioning in all apartment.
Internet access is available.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro stations are Ternes (line 2) and Charles de Gaulle Etoile (lines 1,2,6 RER A).
