Neighborhood: Located on Bd Malesherbes, this studio is just a few steps away from the Arc de Triomphe. The neighborhood is very lively, with many shops and restaurants and with its open markets on Rue de Courcelles and Rue Poncelet. In a short walking distance are the famous Parc Monceau and the Champs Elysées. Premises This 70m² (approx.755 sq.ft.) one bedroom apartment is situated on the 4th (fifth in the USA) of a 20th century building with a concierge. The main entrance gate is protected by a digicode and opens into a hall with a second door and an intercom. The entrance door opens into a hall which leads, on the left hand side, to the bathroom and the kitchen. The bedroom is straight ahead and on the right hand side there are the living and dining room .There is parquet floor in the entrance, in the living/dining room and in the bedroom.All windows have double glazing. The 20m² (approx. 215sq.ft.) living room has a window with a view on the street . It is furnished with a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table and a decorative fireplace. There is also a cable TV. The 17m² (approx. 180 sq.ft.) dining room has a window with curtains and a view on the street. It is furnished with a dining table with chairs, a double size sofa bed, a wooden desk and a decorative fireplace. It connects with the living room by double doors. The 14m² (approx. 150sq.ft.) bedroom has a window, with curtains and a view on a courtyard. It is furnished with a double size bed, a bedside table with a lamp and a built-in closet. The separate kitchen has a fridge, a freezer, four gas plates topped by an exhaust fan, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker. It is also equipped with a small dining table with 2 stools and a window. The bathroom is tiled in white. It includes a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a bathtub with showerhead, a heated towel rack and a toilet. There is also a washing machine, a dryer and a window. In the entrance, there is a built in closet. Wireless internet access is available. Heat and hot water use gas and are individual. The nearest metro stations are « Wagram » and « Malesherbes »(line 3) .
