This furnished studio apartment is located on Boulevard Richard Lenoir between Passage Saint Sébastien and Rue Saint Sébastien. It is located a few steps away from the historic Place de la Bastille where the Opera de Paris, inaugurated for the 200th anniversary of the French Revolution and considered one of the best in the world, is located. This accommodation is within walking distance of the royal Place des Vosges, the oldest and most beautiful square in Paris and the former residence of many historic personalities. Built by Henri IV, its perfect symmetry and verticality are fine examples of classical French architecture. This area is also known for its museums, art galleries and antique shops. There are all sorts of essential shops and services in the neighborhood.
Premises:
This 14m2 (approx 155 sq ft) studio apartment is located on the eighth and top floor of a 1930 building with elevator.
The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a hall. Then a second gate protected by an intercom opens into another hall with staircase and elevator.
The entrance door opens into the main room with open kitchen.
The 11m2 (approx 125 sq ft) main room has a window with eastern exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double size bed, a closet, a desk and a chair.
The open kitchen is equipped with two electric plates, a refrigerator and a coffee maker.
The bathroom has a shower topped by a showerhead, a washbasin, and a toilet.
Heat and hot water are both electric.
For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro stations are Saint-Ambroise (line 9) and Richard Lenoir (line 5).
