This apartment is located on Rue du Cherche Midi, the highly demanded Saint Germain des Près area, more precisely the Saint Sulpice neighborhood, the Parisian core of the latest and most chic fashion shops. One of the most attractive and historic districts of the Seine River's Left Bank, there also are a number of select restaurants and historic cafes such as Les Deux Magots and Café de Flore in the neighborhood. Nearby is the new Marché Saint Germain (fashion market) and at feet of the building there is an open-air market and the metro station.
Premises:
This 28m² (approx. 300 sq. ft.) furnished studio is located on the second floor of a 19th century walk up building. A coded security system protects the main entrance gate, which opens into a porche, with a concierge, leading to a courtyard, then a second door with a digicode opening to the staircase.
The 22m² (approx 235 sq. ft.) main room has a parquet floor and 2 double glazed windows with curtains, overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a coffee table, a decorative fireplace, two poufs and built in closets. It is equipped with a TV.
The open kitchen has a window and is equipped with 4 vitro ceramic plates, a washing machine combo dryer, an oven and some closets. There also is a bar with 2 stools.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with showerhead, a washbasin, a heated towel rack and a toilet. It also has a window.
Heat and hot water are electric and individual.
The closest metro station is "Rennes" (line12).
