This furnished studio apartment is located on Rue Pierre Lescot 75001 Paris between Rue de Turbigo and Rue Saint-Denis.

Premises:

This 26m2 (approx 279 sq ft) studio apartment is located on the third floor of a 19th century walk up building.

The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a corridor, which leads to a courtyard. Then the second gate opens into the staircase.

The apartment entrance door opens into the living room.

The 20m2 (approx 215 sq ft) living room has two windows with southern exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, a dining table and chairs, as well as a console surmounted by a flat screen TV with internationals channels, a DVD player and a decorative fireplace. To accomodate a third person, there is a folding bed.

The separate kitchen has a window and is equipped with four vitro ceramics plates topped by an exhaust fan, a combo oven/microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. There is also a washing machine.

The bathroom has a bathtub, a washbasin, a heated towel rack and a toilet.

Heat and hot water are both electric.

For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro stations are Etienne Marcel (line 4) and Chatelet-les-Halles (lines 1,4,7,11, 4 and RER A, B and D).
