This furnished studio apartment is located on Rue de Rivoli.
Just next to the Hotel de Ville and the Georges Pompidou Cultural Center, also known as Beaubourg, this street is close to the Les Halles Mall. It is in about 10 minutes walking distance to the Louvre Museum and the adjoining Royal Tuileries Garden, as well as to the Seine River with its unique islands - Ile de la Cite, Notre Dame Cathedral berth, and the delightful Ile Saint Louis - a must see. In addition to the French traditional and international restaurants and cafes, all sorts of facilities are easily found in the neighborhood.

The 17m² (approx 183 sq. ft.) living room has parquet floor and a window with a view on the courtyard and a southern exposure. It is furnished with a dining table, two sofas, a coffee table and a decorative fireplace. It is also equipped with a TV and a DVD player combo VCR.
Bedrooms are accessible by the living room.
The 17m² (approx 183 sq.ft.) 1st bedroom has parquet floor and a double-glazed window with a view on the courtyard. It is furnished with a double size bed, a bedside table, a wooden desk and a large built in closet.
The 10m² (approx 110 sq.ft.) 2nd bedroom has parquet floor and a window with a view on a courtyardand a southern exposure. It is furnished with a single size bed, a bedside table, drawers and some shelves.
The separate kitchen is equipped with 4 gas plates topped by an exhaust fan, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle and a coffee maker. It also has a dining table.
The bathroom has a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilet.
Heat and hot water use gas and are individual.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station are "Hotel de Ville" (line 1 and 11), Cité (line 4) and Chatelêt (RER).
