The open kitchen is equipped with two electric plates topped by an exhaust fan, a combo oven/microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. There is also a washing machine, as well as a dining table with chairs.
The bathroom has a shower topped by a showerhead, a washbasin, a heated towel rack and a toilet.
Heat and hot water are both electric.
Internet access is available.
For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro stations are Filles du Calvaire (line8) and République (lines 3,5,8,9 and 11).
