A studio apartment in the Marais
Neighborhood:

This studio apartment is located on Rue des Gravilliers between Rue des Vertus and Cour de Rome. It takes a few minutes to walk to the Centre Georges Pompidou, which is dedicated to displaying and promoting modern and contemporary art. Not far, you have the Carnavalet Museum and the Place des Vosges. There is also the « Les Halles » shopping center where you can find all kinds of shops. By metro and bus, you can go, in only a few minutes, to the Musée du Louvre and the Saint-Louis Island.

Premises:

The 22m² (approx. 235 sq. ft.) furnished apartment is located on the ground floor ( 1st floor in the USA) of a 19th century walk up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a digicode and opens into a hall, which leads to a first courtyard. Then there is a second courtyard with the staircase on the right hand side.

The entrance' s door opens into the main room with on the left-hand side the corner kitchen and then the bathroom.

The 12m² (approx. 130 sq. ft.) main room has a double glazed window with shutters and a view on a courtyard. It is furnished with a double size bed, a bedside table, a small chest of drawers with a TV and a DVD player. There is also a dining table with two chairs and a cupboard.

The corner kitchen has a window and it is equipped with a microwave, a refrigerator, two electric plates, a kettle, a toaster and a coffee maker.

The bathroom has a washbasin, a bathtub with showerhead, a washing machine and a dryer. It also has a window.
There is a separate toilet.

Heat and hot water are electric and individual.

For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro station are « Arts et Métiers » (line 3) and Rambuteau (line 11).
