Two-bedroom apartment in Montparnasse

This apartment is located on Rue du Commandant René Mouchotte between Avenue du Maine and Place de Catalogne.
In the vicinity of this street are all kinds of shops and services. The district has preserved its village qualities and all around there are charming little squares with small markets and commercial pedestrian streets. The lively and trendy Montparnasse area offers a number of entertainment options such as theaters, cinemas, select restaurants and nice cafes.

Premises:
This 75m² (approx. 810 sq. ft.) two-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor (2nd in the USA) of a building from 1965 with an elevator. The main entrance gate opens into a small hall with two elevators. The elevators then open onto a courtyard with a concierge's office, leading to the building. Then, there is a door protected by an intercom leading into a hall with staircase and elevator.

The entrance door opens into a large corridor. On the right hand side are the first bedroom and the bathroom and on the left hand side are the living room and the second bedroom. Straight ahead is the separate kitchen.

The 21m² (approx. 225 sq. ft.) living room has a window with a view on the courtyard. It is furnished with a sofa, a dining table with six chairs, a cable TV with a DVD player on a chest of drawers and two armchairs.

The 11m² (approx. 120 sq. ft.) first bedroom has a window overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double-size bed and two bedside tables.

The 10m² (approx. 110 sq. ft.) second bedroom has a window overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with two single size beds and two bedside tables.

The separate kitchen has a window and is equipped with four gas burners, a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine. It also has a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and a dining table with two chairs.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with showerhead and a washbasin.
The separate toilet is in the entrance, as well as a large built in closet.

Internet access is available.

The nearest metro station is Gaité (line 13).

Heat and hot water are collective.
