Neighborhood: This furnished one bedroom apartment is located on Rue de Monttessuy between Avenue de la Bourdonnais and Avenue Rapp. The Eiffel Tower and the splendid Champ de Mars with its beautiful floral gardens are in the neighborhood. The Seine is not far either with the Trocadéro and many museums on the other side. All sorts of fashion and convenience shops, as well as select restaurants and cafes, are in the area. Premises: This 42m2 (approx 452 sq ft) one bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of a 19th century building with elevator and staircase. The entrance gate protected by a coded security opens into a corridor. Then a second gate protected by another coded security system opens into a hall with elevator and staircase. The entrance door opens into the living room. The 16m2 (approx 172 sq ft) living room has a window with northern exposure overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, an armchair, a coffee table, a dining table, some shelves and a decorative fireplace. There are a TV with cable, a DVD player, a stereo, a phone and Internet (wireless). The separate kitchen has a window and is equipped with three gas plates and one electric plate, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, a little dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. The 10m2 (approx 107 sq ft) bedroom has a window with northern exposure overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with a double size bed, two bedside tables, a desk and a chair and a closet.
