This furnished one bedroom apartment is situated on Rue des Ecouffes between Rue des Rosiers and Rue du Roi de Sicile. A special atmosphere pervades the lively, historical Marais with its high concentration of museums, art galleries and design shops. It also contains a number of diverse and trendy bars and restaurants. The royal Place des Vosges, hailed for the harmony of its architecture and famous for being the residence of renowned French novelist Victor Hugo from 1832 to 1848, is a short walk away from this accommodation. Also close by are the renowned Louvre and the Jardin des Tuileries.

The main entrance gate is protected by a digicode and opens into a porch. Then, to your left there is another door protected by an intercom opening into a staircase.

The apartment door opens into an entrance with the open kitchen to your right. To your left, there is the bedroom, followed by the living room.

The 15m² (approx. 140 sq.ft.) living room has a window and old parquet flooring. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, a decorative fireplace, some shelves and a dining table with chairs. There is also a Internet Wifi connexion, the cable TV (CNN, CNBC...) and a flat screen.

The open kitchen is equipped with two vitroceramic plates topped by an exhaust fan, a microwave combo oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. It also has a window.

The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin on a wooden cabiet, a toilet and a heated towel rack.

Please note: The Marais is one of the most popular and liveliest neighborhoods of Paris as such, it can be noisy at times. There is a bar in the street that can be loud at nights (especially during the weekend).
