It is close to the Avenue des Champs Elysées, considered one of the most renowned and beautiful avenues in Paris and the world. It is just next to the Arc de Triomphe, built from 1806 to 1836 under Napoleon Bonaparte to honor his victories. The entire district abounds with luxurious shops, gourmet restaurants and gorgeous terraces, as well as all sorts of convenience stores. Other significant sights nearby are the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower (about 10 minutes from this accommodation by metro or by bus).

This 8 m² (approx. 85 sq. ft.) furnished studio apartment is located on the sixth floor (7th in the USA) of a walk up building. The entrance gate is protected by a security system with badge and opens into a hall. It leads to the staircase. At the end of the corridor is the studio.

The main room has parquet floor and a skylight with a view on the street. It has a double-size sofa bed, a wardrobe and a table with an armchair.

The kitchen corner is equipped with two electric plates, a fridge, a microwave combo oven and a coffee maker.

The bathroom is right outside the studio in the corridor and has to be shared with the tenant of the other studio on the same floor. It has a shower and a washbasin. The toilet has a window.

Heat and hot water are collective.
