You will have the advantage of being in the famous intellectual and dynamic core of Paris but having the calm and comfort in the apartment itself. Intellectual core of Paris, the Quartier Latin, abounds with many points of historical interest such as the 'Sainte Chapelle', the renowned 'Fontaine Saint Michel', l'Ile Saint Louis, l'Ile de la Cité with the Law Courts built under Saint Louis from 1241 to 1248, 'Cluny's' Thermae (from the 3rd century) Hotel (15th century) and Museum (19th century), among others. The coffee-table by Philippe Stark is all glass sitting on an Amaral hand-woven rug. The Gauthier dining-room table has a glass top sitting on wood and stainless-steel legs. The four Stark design chairs have light-tan genuine leather sittings. All standing on a celadon green silk and wool chinese 19th century rug. A beautifully sculpted 17th century Henri IV buffet completes the dining-room, a cable TV with DVD, a Hi Fi stereo, a CD player, and two windows with white curtains. There are two fans available, an Internet high speed connexion, and free local and international phone calls (except for cell phones) to more than 90 countries. The bedroom has two fully articulate electric single beds (80 x 200 cm), to be used individually or as a Queen-size bed. With bedside tables and lamps, 4 linear meter closet and wardrobe space, a large desk, two bookshelves, bedside rugs, and a window with curtains facing the calm courtyard. You will find everything in the bedroom closet, all linens, ironing board, vacuum-cleaner, ladder, etc. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a window and is very functional. It has a Three-in-one stove (4 burners -3 gas, 1 electric-, an oven, and a dishwasher) with an extractor, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a washing-drying machine and a double ceramic sink. Many cupboards containing the necessary kitchen utensils (electric kettle, toaster, electric coffee-maker) are under and over the little tiled worktop. The marble tiled bathroom is composed of a bathtub with a wall-mounted shower protected by a plastic curtain, a round washbasin with mosaic, and a normal and magnifying mirror. Elements such as hair dryer, iron, are also provided. The restroom is independent and also all marble-tiled.
