One bedroom apartment in the Marais
This furnished one bedroom apartment is located in the Marais in Paris. It is on the first floor of an 18th century building without elevator. Access to the building is granted through a coded system and an intercom. A concierge is also on site.

The apartment has parquet floor, wooden beams, stonewalls, molding and quite some original decorative items, such as a chandelier. Amenities of the apartment include among others a flat screen TV, a microwave, an oven and a washer. Phone, international TV channels and a wireless Internet connection are also available. There is a chest with drawers and a coat rack with hangers.
The glass door between the bedroom and the bathroon has a blind that you can lower for privacy.


Exposure of this furnished apartment is north and south with a view on the courtyard.

This furnished apartment rental is located in the Marais in Paris. Right downstairs, as well as in the neighboring streets are all sorts of food shopping options, such as supermarkets and bakeries. The area is also quite known for its many restaurants and cafés. The BHV, "Bazar de l'Hôtel de Ville", a department and general merchandise store belonging to the Galeries Lafayette group is just two blocks away. Right across from the BHV is the Hôtel de Ville de Paris, Paris' City Hall, which dates back to the Middle Ages. The Modern Art Museum, "Centre Pompidou" and the Stravinsky fountain, created by Jean Tinguely and Niki de Saint Phalle, as well as the Les Halles neighborhood are in easy walking distance. Stroll over the Pont Marie to get to the Ile Saint-Louis and enjoy the famous ice creams from Berthillon, best ice cream maker in Paris!
