This studio apartment is located on the 4th floor (considered 5th by Americans) of a 5-story building with elevator and digicode security system in Le Marais, Paris. The apartment has a western exposure of a typical Parisian street below and a whitewashed building across the street. Wireless Internet access and cable are available.

The living area of the studio features two double French windows, hardwood floors and modern furnishings. A double sofa bed faces an entertainment section with wall-mounted flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo. A small round table with two high chairs stands in between the windows, where you can enjoy home-cooked dinners you can prepare in the separate kitchen. This kitchen also has a window with a western exposure, and is equipped with a fridge, freezer, cooktops, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The modern bathroom of the studio contains a WC, washbasin and shower cabin. Sheets and towels are provided upon arrival.

You can find the apartment on Rue Montgolfier close to Rue du Vertbois in the bustling Le Marais neighborhood of Paris. There is a Laundromat just down from your doorstep. Furthermore, there are many restaurants, cafes, bars and galleries all around the area, housed in the iconic historic buildings that the 3rd arrondissement is known for. The bistro Pramil, less than 2 blocks away from the apartment, has excellent food for everyday meals, while Chez L'Ami Louis just 1 block away is an institution when it comes to French cuisine, and has been visited by among other Francis Ford Coppola and Bill Clinton. You can also find the famous Place des Vosges and many museums in Le Marais. To explore other neighborhoods in Paris, you just have to walk 2 blocks to the Temple metro station, where you can catch the 3 train. Alternatively, you can also walk about 3 blocks to Arts et Métiers station which gives access to the 3 and 11 lines.
