The apartment is perfectly located, right in the heart of one of the best area of Paris it not the best. Lots of stores, restaurants and coffee shops. Feels like I'm in Brooklyn, Williamsburg!!
The place is comfortable well furnished and in a mint condition. Looks small but once in it there is plenty of space. One of the best rental I ever had in Paris. And the landlord is just adorable, friendly and upcoming....will definitely recommend it.

The location of the apartment is amazing. It's in a very up and coming neighborhood with a long history, near many popular museums, shops and restaurants. Most areas are in a walking distance and many of the metro lines are only 5 minutes away. The apartment itself is a perfect size for one person, either longterm or short-term, equipped with all necessities and all in all very comfortable and safe. Some nights there is music in the streets but doesn't last until late. The landlord is easy to reach for any issue that might arise (the dehumidifier broke down and he replaced it immediately) and is very helpful and kind with a lot of information regarding the neighborhood and Paris in general. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Paris.

Hello Eleni,
I am really glad to hear from you and most of all to know that you enjoyed your stay in my apartment. I noted that you liked the location, the environment, typical restaurants, shops, pedestrian streets and the atmosphere of this charming area. It is true that this is actually one of the most sought-after neighborhood of Paris as it is a trendy and authentic area. After all, it seems like the Pláka neighborhood in Athens!!!

The apartment has been recently renovated. It is very comfortable and it has all the necessary facilities. Its size is perfect for one person and it has enough storage space.

The neighborhood is very nice, there are many bars and restaurants, as well as grocery shops, a post office, a pharmacy, a coin-operated laundry etc. The underground is very close to the apartment.

The owner is very nice, always available when needed.

I loved my stay in Paris and from the start I felt very comfortable in the apartment and in the neighborhood. The neighborhood is very lively and there are many cafés and restaurants.

You can walk to all the major attractions like the Louvre, Pompidou Center, the Tuileries garden and the royal garden.
