This furnished studio is found on the corner of Rue des Cordelières and Rue Pascal. In the 13th Arrondissement of Paris, it is on the 3rd floor (equivalent to the 4th floor in the USA) of a 4-story building. There is a security system, but please note, there is no elevator.

I had a very pleasant stay. Very nice land lady who helped me where she could. I loved the area, close to metro line 6 and 7. More than enough space for 1 person. Everything i needed was in the apartment. Very clean and hot water in the shower. Would definetly recommend to other people. |

Thanks for your feedback. It is true that I tried to make this 24 sqm studio apartment a welcoming place. I do my best to welcome my guests and I try to be attentive to them. The bathroom is a shower room, so quite small. But it is very cozy and there is a beautiful walk-in shower, toilets and a small sink. Speaking of space, I choose to favor the living area, the kitchen area and the living room. Anyway, I will be pleased to host you again Giuseppe. Well done for the cleaning at the end of the stay. Everything was impeccable. |
