Cozy and Comfortable Studio Apartment

Calm studio bordering the district of Montmartre between Rue de la Jonquiere and Rue Navier.
This 25m2 studio is located on the ground floor of a walk-up building from the 20th century, facing southwest and having a security code system on the premises. The studio can accommodate two people.
The layout is as follows: main entry leads directly to the living room/bedroom, to the right is the kitchen follow by the bathroom. The décor is modern.
The 16m2 living room/bedroom is furnished with a double sofa bed, a rectangular coffee table, an armchair, a floor lamp, an area carpet, an antique sewing machine, a round dinning table with two matching chairs, shelves, a wicker basket, a TV, a closet and other minor decorative items. The walls are off white, parquet wooden floor and there is a window overlooking the street with sheer and fabric curtains.
This separate kitchen is equipped with a gas stove 4-burners, an electric oven, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a sink, two chairs and cabinets and shelves containing kitchen utensils. The walls are done in a light cream color with partial tiles over the counter and light cream color tiled floor.
The bathroom has a shower cabin protected by synthetic doors, a sink with upper shelf and mirror and bottom cabinet, a towel rack, a washing machine and a toilet. The walls are done in a light cream color with partial tiles, cream color tiled floor and there is a window overlooking the courtyard.
The district of Montmartre and art are inseparable, at the end of the 19th century the area was a Mecca for artists, writers and poets. Montmartre maintains its physical charm and the village atmosphere remains remarkably intact. There are spectacular views of the city from various points, most especially from the monumental Sacre-Coeur basilica. Not far is renown Marche aux Puces de Saint Ouen, the oldest and largest of the Paris flea markets. There are all sorts of essential shops and services in the neighborhood.
The closest metro station is Guy Moquet ( line 13.)
