Close to the Luxembourg Gardens (Jardin du Luxembourg), this 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is an excellent option for discovering Paris' many charms, ranging from historic relics to fashionable trends. The apartment occupies the entirety of the 5th floor (considered the 6th American floor), allowing it to be bathed in light throughout the day. In addition to the three bedrooms, there is access to another private room with a separate entrance (living room 2 on floorplan) furnished with a single bed. Though in a classic building, there is and elevator and digicode system.

3. Browsing the galleries and shops of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, just north of this apartment (accesible in 3 metro stops). Historically one of the intellectual centers of the city, this area is now home to a curated selection of fashion and design.

Two metro stations nearby serving two different lines make this furnished rental especially convenient for commuting around Paris. Almost equidistant from the apartment are:

• Notre-Dame-des-Champs: serves line 12 (200m/.1 mi), which will take you across the Seine to the Champs Elysées.
• Vavin: serves line 4 (250m/.2mi), convenient for accessing Saint Michel, the Cathedral of Notre Dame on the Ile de la City or the Pompidou Centre on the rive droite (right bank) of the Seine.
