Experience the artsy Marais with this convenient studio in Paris’s 4th arrondissement. The fully furnished unit can be found at Rue du Roi de Sicile & Rue des Ecouffes on the second floor of a walk-up 5 story building.
The modern, modular, space-saving style of the apartment contrasts with antique touches like the exposed wooden beams along the ceiling. Amenities include a total of two regular beds (that can be converted into a queen-sized bed) and one sofa bed (all twin-sized, or 90cm wide), storage space, and a cable TV for entertainment. A dining table with folding chairs and stools provides space to enjoy a nice meal from your open kitchen. Already supplied are a microwave, fridge and dishwasher for easy clean-up. A full bathroom is available in addition to a washing machine for convenient laundry.
Paris’s Marais is known for its bohemian atmosphere, medieval streets and trendy art galleries, but there’s more to this Right Bank neighborhood than meets the eye!

- There’s lots of history on offer here in one of the city’s oldest neighborhoods, from the 16th century Maison d’Ourscamp (200m/.1mi) to the spires of Notre Dame (900m/.6mi).
- Essentials are also available nearby, whether from department store Bazaar de l’Hotel de Ville (450m/.3mi) or Franprix Supermarket (650m/.4mi).
The rest of the city is just a metro ride away from the stations at Saint-Paul (line 1, 350m/.2mi) and Pont Marie (line 7, 500m/.3mi).

The location of this apartment is in the heart of Le Marais and in that sense, unbeatable. It is small but relatively quiet, and has all the basics. The bathroom could use sole updating, but overall it was clean and nice. |
