This bright and quiet apartment is in the heart of one of the trendiest and most popular districts of Paris, close to Boulevard Saint Germain and Rue de Buci with the daily Buci's open air market, as well as bakeries and supermarkets.
There are many entertainment options in the neighborhood - fashion shops, antiques' shops, art galleries, excellent restaurants, pubs and cinemas.
The apartment is within walking distance to the Seine River, and not far from the Luxembourg gardens, as well as from Boulevard Saint Michel, home to the Sorbonne University.
The 18m2 basic but charming studio is located on the 6th French floor of a building from the 18th century having a security code but no elevator. It has linoleum floor and white walls.
The living room is furnished with an extensible table with side flaps, 2 cane chairs, a coffee table, a chest of drawers, a single bed, a mobile hanging-closet and lamps.
The window with sliding blinds has a view of the surrounding roofs.
The small open kitchen with window consists of two electric hot plates, an electric oven, a small fridge, a stainless steel sink, a cupboard and shelves containing dishes and utensils. There are also a coffee maker and a toaster.
The small bathroom has a shower cabin protected by a plastic curtain, a porcelain sink and a bathroom cabinet.
The toilet is separate.
The heater, as well as the water heater are electric
The studio is also equipped with an iron and an ironing board. Towels and linen are provided.
The closest metro station is Odéon (lines 4, 10).
