Studio located in a touristic area of Beaubourg
|
Pedestrian street located between rue de Rivoli and rue Rambuteau.
Just beside the Georges Pompidou Cultural Center, also known as Beaubourg, this street is close to Les Halles Mall, what means about a 10minute walking distance to the Louvre Museum and adjoining Royal Tuileries Garden, as well as to the Seine River with its unique islands - Ile de la Cite, Notre Dame Cathedral berth, and the delightful Ile Saint Louis - a must to see. In addition to the French traditional and international restaurants and cafes, all sorts of facilities are easily found in the neighborhood.
Off-white roughcast walls, genuine beams, and a gray wall to wall carpet compose the interior of this recently (2003) renovated studio located on the 1st French floor of a 17th century building having a security code and an intercom. The total 22m2 area can accommodate one couple.
- The 17m2 living room is furnished with a double sofa bed just ahead a closet, a rectangular country style wooden dining table with one bench and a chair, a TV settled on a mini chest of drawers, short portable bookshelves, an halogen floor lamp, and three windows protected by short apricot colored curtains, opening to a narrow courtyard.
- Facing the main door the open kitchen is equipped with two electric burners, a small electric oven, a small fridge, and the necessary utensils put away in the cupboards above and below the worktop and stainless steel sink.
- In the bottom of the living room, to the left side the white tiled bathroom encloses a tiled shower with sliding doors, an oval washbasin with a large mirror above and large shelf below, a washing machine, and toilet.
The nearest stations are Hotel de Ville (lines 1, 11), Rambuteau (line 11), Chatelet les Halles (lines 1, 4, 7, 11, 14, and the RER A & B).
